Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt and Carnival returns to Lexington April 4

Lexington kids are invited to check their flashlight batteries and locate their Easter egg baskets in anticipation of an annual family event.

The Lexington County Recreation and Aging Commission and the Town of Lexington will present the fourth annual Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt and Carnival on April 4. All activities will be held at the Gibson Road Soccer Complex on Duffie Drive.

The hunt for 100,000 eggs and 25,000 additional pieces of candy will begin at 8:25 p.m. and is open to children ages 0-12.  The carnival will include games, a bounce house and a variety of snacks. The carnival will remain open until 8 p.m.

An egg hunt for children 3 years old and younger and special needs children will start at 7 p.m.
